We are a Poland-based deep-tech engineering venture founded in 2026 to develop UAP-3C, a universal tethered aerostat platform for persistent airspace monitoring and defense. The company specializes in industrial design, 3D modeling, prototyping, and additive manufacturing, combining lightweight structures, electronics integration, and control software. Our mission is to build cost-efficient, scalable aerial systems that complement traditional air defense and protect critical infrastructure and cities.

Oleksii Chumak — Founder & Chief Engineer
Responsible for the overall concept, technical architecture, and engineering implementation of the platform. Has over 10 years of experience in 3D modelling, prototyping, additive manufacturing, and electronics integration. Leads development from initial idea to a working prototype.
Fedor Martynov — Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Software Engineer
Responsible for software development, control systems, communications, and autonomous operating modes. Specialises in UI/UX, real-time telemetry processing, and multi-agent platform control algorithms.
